Left Over Rice...

What do you do with left over rice.... Now that the Summer is in full session. I am not a fan of cooking rice and curries. We had some rice that was over a day and the grains were getting hard. I usually place the rice in the steamer and it becomes very soft.

Then I cut some carrots, onions, bell peppers, peas, bacon, eggs, and some tuna fish. Then add light soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little bit of oyster sauce. I state the vegetables with a little bit of butter. When the onions are sautéed add two tablespoons of rice wine to create a sauce with the burnt tuna. This adds a really nice flavor to vegetables.

I like to serve this with sweet chili sauce. This is a quick fix for left over rice.

Quote of the day "look at what situations are right in front of him"

Enjoy!
